We had our Tulach Ard Muay Thai bi-annual grading in Glasgow and everyone from kids to bigger kids performed brilliantly!

 

Firstly I would like to thank my coaches Pearl Kinnear and Dougie Armour, I couldn’t do it without you guys.

 

Next I would like to thank Robert Frood and all at ‘ Sporting chances Alba’ charity for the use of their amazing facilities!

 

Next I would like to thank all of you from parents and grandparents who helped and everyone that took part.  WE ARE A TEAM.
